Frequently asked questions

About eligibility, timing and cost.

Do I need a high school diploma to apply?

Not necessarily. While a high school diploma or equivalent is the standard admission requirement, Ucademy accepts applications from Mature Students — individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who do not hold a diploma. If you are unsure whether you qualify, your admissions advisor will review your situation during your consultation at no obligation.

Is there an age limit for applying?

There is no upper age limit. Ucademy welcomes adult learners at every stage of life — whether you are entering the workforce for the first time, returning after a career break, or pivoting into a new field mid-career.

When can I start a program?

You can submit an expression of interest, speak with an admissions advisor, and position yourself to be among the first to enrol when enrolment opens.

Is there an application fee?

No. There is no fee to request information, speak with an admissions advisor, or submit an expression of interest. Ucademy will never charge you anything until you have received a formal offer of admission, reviewed and signed your enrolment agreement, and chosen to proceed.

How Admissions Works

We have designed the Ucademy admissions process to be transparent, welcoming, and low-pressure. You do not need to have everything figured out before you reach out — our admissions advisors are here to help you understand your options, evaluate your eligibility, and make a confident decision at your own pace.

Fill out our short Request Information form with your name, contact details, the program area you are curious about, and any questions you have. There is no application fee and no commitment at this stage. Within one business day, a member of our admissions team will reach out to introduce themselves and schedule a follow-up conversation at a time that works for you.

Your admissions advisor will schedule a one-on-one consultation — by phone or video call — to learn more about your background, career goals, and current situation. This is a genuine conversation, not a sales pitch. Your advisor will walk you through the programs that might be the best fit for you, explain the entry requirements, discuss the online learning format, and answer every question you bring.

After your consultation, take the time you need to review your options. Browse the program pages on this website to read about learning outcomes, course structure, and career pathways. If you have follow-up questions, your advisor remains available by email. Once you feel confident in your choice, let your advisor know — they will guide you through the formal application step as soon as enrolment opens.

When enrolment opens, you will be invited to submit your formal application. You will provide your supporting documents, complete the enrolment agreement, and arrange your first payment. Your advisor will walk you through each step. Once accepted, you will receive a welcome package with your platform login, orientation materials, and everything you need to start strong.

Ucademy is designed to serve a wide range of adult learners. Our admissions criteria are intentionally inclusive, because motivation and commitment matter far more than a perfect academic record.

All instruction at Ucademy is delivered in English. If English is your first language, no separate proficiency documentation is required. If English is not your first language, your admissions advisor can guide you through the specific expectations for your chosen program.

Enrolment is not open yet — request information and we will let you know when it opens. All expressions of interest submitted at this stage are non-binding and carry no financial obligation.
